UPDATE: I got my mouthguard. Then I had a crown break and the dentist agreed to replace it without charge. I got an appointment within 3 days which was great. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving, the dental tech quickly started the setup for the crown, and the dentist saw me quickly. He was very kind and explained everything to me before doing each step. I walked out with a new crown and am very happy with how I was treated. I intend to continue using this dentist if the service continues to be this good. ORIGINAL POST: This morning, for the second time, I waited an hour for my appointment and still had not been seen by the dentist. This was a 9 am appointment and should have taken 15 minutes to pick up a mouth guard. Instead I have no mouth guard and spent over $5 on parking and almost 2 hours of time off work for nothing. Service is terrible here. They have no regard for patients’ schedules and don’t even give the courtesy of realistic updates even when asked. If you complain you will be moved to a room and left to wait with nobody checking in. I do not recommend this dentist given the vast number of others available locally.
